Is the fee the same for all years?
The government fee is usually calculated on a per-year basis. For example, a 5-year license will cost exactly five times the 1-year annual fee.
Does the validity change if I modify my license?
No, a modification doesn't extend your validity period; it only updates the data on your existing active license.
